Below is a list of our twenty-two member Board of Trustees (FY 2023). Made up entirely of former delegates to the Jersey Boys State program and staff, these volunteers not only give back to the program year after year as a staff member, but also in their work for The Foundation. The Trustees meet quarterly as a full board and participate monthly in one of the three committees to further the goals of The Foundation.


David S. Bagatelle - 1981 delegate to the program, he currently serves as Executive Director of the ALJBS program. He was the founding Chairman of the NJBSF back in 1999.

Jim Bracchitta - 1977 delegate and member of the Political Desk staff at ALJBS.

Brian Epstein - 1994 delegate and ALJBS Assistant Director and Dean of Administration.

Justin Gianndrea - 2002 delegate, current ALJBS Dean of Staff and College Fair Coodinator.

Joseph Gould, Vice-Chairman - 2002 delegate, current ALJBS Dean of City Staff.

James Hendershot, Treasurer - 2001 delegate.

Bryce Liskovec - 2004 delegate.

James Lynch, Secretary - 2004 delegate.

Shane Mata - 1991 delegate.

Chris McDevitt - 1997 delegate and Senior City Counselor at JBS.

John Migaleddi, Chairman - 1999 delegate, ALJBS Assistant Director and Dean of Politics.

Adam Polhemus - 1998 delegate, ALJBS Assistant Director and Dean of Public Safety.

Andrew Robertson - 2000 delegate, Assistant Dean of Operations at ALJBS.

Dominic F. Santillo, Secretary - 1996 delegate.

Jasdeep Singh - 2001 delegate and member of the Political Desk staff at ALJBS.

Chuck Smith - 1980 delegate, retired Major US Marine Corps and Assistant Director and Dean of Operations at ALJBS.

Tarence Smith - 2000 delegate and ALJBS Governor, member of the Political Desk staff at ALJBS.
