On behalf of the other 18 members of our Board of Trustees and the countless other volunteers to the New Jersey Boys State Foundation, I would like to thank you for stopping by our website. As a delegate to American Legion Jersey Boys State back in 1996, the program had a very profound and lasting impact on me. Having been back for 27 years now as a volunteer staff member it's been my personal mission to make sure the experience I had truly lives on for each and every delegate year after year as "A Week That Shapes the Future!"

Back in 2004 when I was elected to the Board of Trustees of this Foundation, I could not imagine that one day I would become Chairman writing you this message. The goal of our Foundation is simple - partner with the American Legion, Department of NJ to offset the rising costs of the ALJBS program with the eventual goal of funding the program in perpetuity. Along the way, our implementation and integration of Technology as well as the Family Day picnic simply add value to the delegate experience. I hope that one day my sons and their sons will be able to experience Jersey Boys State for all it teaches about civics, politics, government and life at a time of tremendous growth and development in their life.
